Built for real estate private lenders.
Hard money loans secured by real estate: bridge, fix and flip, construction and DSCR.
The C-suite who sign off on the portfolio, the head of credit watching risk, and the analyst who builds the reports by hand today.
The report you get.
A finished report, not a chat reply. When the build is done and you save it, your report gets its own panel in Janaly: the headline figures, the insight into what changed, every chart, and the checks behind the numbers. The Excel workbook comes with it.
Ask Janaly the way you'd ask your analyst.
Follow-up questions, tables, charts and exports, all from the same governed numbers. Every answer names the report and the month it came from.
Four example conversations. Pick one.
One question across your reports.
Originations, loan performance and construction draws describe the same loans. Janaly matches each loan across them by its loan ID and answers in one go. Every step is one you could check yourself.
3 of the 14 construction loans originated in October 2025 are 30 or more days late now. $2.1M of their $5.6M commitment has been drawn.
3 of the 14 construction loans originated in October 2025 are 30 or more days late now. $2.1M of their $5.6M commitment has been drawn.
Every number shows its work.
Ask where any number came from. Janaly takes it apart for you, down to the loans behind it and the report it was read from.

August 2026, version 3
The same 3.1% is in the workbook and the PDF.
3.1% is 40 loans 30 or more days late out of 1,284 active loans, read from the Loan performance report for August 2026. The workbook and the PDF show the same number.
Janaly runs your reports on your schedule.
Build a report once. Janaly refreshes it on the schedule you set, daily, weekly or monthly at the time you pick, and emails you the workbook, the PDF and its analysis of what changed. Every refresh keeps its own version, so past numbers never move.
Loans 30+ days late rose to 3.1% of active loans, from 2.7% in July. Five of the six newly late loans are Texas bridge loans.
Change any report in plain English.
No SQL, no rebuilding the spreadsheet. Say what you want added and Janaly changes the report, the workbook and the PDF together, then saves it as a new version.
| Loan | Status | Interest rate |
|---|---|---|
| Whole book | 40 late | 11.2% |
Showing 6 of 1,284 loans. The whole-book rate is weighted by balance.
Read-only. Encrypted. Traceable.
Straight answers to the questions your IT and compliance people will ask before you connect anything.
Janaly only reads.
Every query is checked before it reaches your database, and anything that could change data (insert, update, delete, drop and the rest) is blocked. For a second lock, connect with a read-only database user. We recommend it.
Your logins are encrypted.
Database credentials are encrypted before they are saved (AES, with a tamper check), and the key is kept apart from the database.
Your reports are kept separate.
Each account's report history and files are kept apart from every other account's. Download links expire after an hour.
Your data doesn't train AI.
To answer a question, Janaly's AI sees only what it needs: your question, your table and column names, and the query results, which can include individual loans. None of it is used to train AI models. The providers we use are named in your customer agreement.
Every number traces back.
Each report keeps the query that produced it, and every version keeps its own numbers. Nothing is changed after the fact.
Who else is involved.
Sign-in, email, hosting and file storage run on established providers in the United States. Each one is named in your customer agreement.
In development
An analyst that doesn't wait to be asked.
The Always-On Analyst: autonomous, and in development.
Every time your data changes, Janaly works your book the way your best analyst would, and asks the questions nobody had time to:
- Which delinquency buckets are growing, and in which balance bands?
- Are a handful of borrowers carrying most of the risk?
- Which property types are starting to slip?
- Is this year's book performing better or worse than last year's?
Janaly decides what to dig into, pulls the data it needs, even data no report covers, and brings you a briefing: what changed, why it changed, and what to watch next. Every number is traced to its source.
The Always-On Analyst is in development now. Our founding lenders will use it first.
Get early accessQuestions lenders ask.
Do I need to clean my data first?
No. Janaly reports your data as it is. Every build and refresh runs a data-quality check that flags gaps and odd values, with its own download. Janaly never changes your source data.
Which databases does Janaly connect to?
Postgres today. MySQL, SQL Server and Snowflake are next.
How are the numbers checked?
- Every number comes from a query on your own data, and each report keeps the query that produced it.
- Every build and refresh runs a data-quality check.
- Each refresh is compared with the previous period.
- Answers state the month they cover.
- Every version keeps its own numbers.
Is my data safe?
Janaly only reads, logins are encrypted, and each account's reports are kept separate. Here's exactly how your data is handled.
Does Janaly replace my analyst?
Not yet. Today Janaly builds your reports and answers your questions, and your team reviews and decides. We're building the next step now: an analyst that does the analysis itself. Our founding lenders get it first.

Built by someone who's done the job.
I've spent my career on the analyst's side of the desk. I started as a financial analyst at a lender with a $20B+ portfolio, building loss and risk models. I went on to run finance at a real estate private lender, rising from senior analyst to director, then became VP of Finance at a real estate asset manager with $1B+ across 14 funds, and VP of FP&A and business intelligence at a real estate debt fund.
In my previous roles:
Every one of those companies had the same problem. The reports that run the business were put together by hand every period, and trusted a little less each time. Everywhere I went, I rebuilt that reporting and turned hours of work into minutes.
Today I'm an AI and finance architect for real estate private lenders. Janaly is the system I wish I'd had in every one of those seats. And when a lender needs more than software, when its finance, data or FP&A function has to be built or rebuilt from the ground up, I do that too. Either way, you're working with someone who has done the job.
Reports you can trust, run after run, until you can't imagine running without them.
